Lea & Perrins Meat Sauce Noodle

2 pcs thick noodle
100g (3 taels) minced pork
2 tbsp fried shallots
1 tbsp diced spring onion

1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sesame oil


1. Marinate minced pork with marinade for 10 minutes. Blanch then drain well. Set aside.
2. Cook the thick noodle in boiling water for 20 seconds and then soak them in iced water for 5 seconds. Blanch the noodle in boiling water again for 10 seconds. Drain well.
3. Mix noodle with seasonings and minced pork. Sprinkle with fried shallots and diced spring onion to serve.
