Lea & Perrins Pork Chop with onion

Ingredients:

3 pieces of Pork Chop
½ onion
mushroom
diced garlic

Marinade:

1 tsp corn flour
sugar
salt
pepper

Sauces:

3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
1 tsp Heinz White Vinegar
3 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp oyster sauce
salt
sesame oil

Preparation:

- Cut pork chop into pieces and marinade for 15 minutes.
- Saute pork chop until done.
- Add oil and stir fry onion, mushroom and garlic. Add sauces and pork chop, cook through until done. Add some corn flour water and cook with high heat until sauces thicken.
