Thai Style Pork Jowl

 Ingredients:

500g (15 taels) pork jowl

1 bunch coriander root

Marinades:

3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp oil

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp chicken powder

1 tsp sugar

Procedures:

  1. Marinate pork jowl and coriander root for 4 to 12 hours.
  2. Discard coriander root. Pan-fry pork jowl with low heat until done.
  3. Glaze pork jowl with Worcestershire Sauce and pan-fry them in medium heat.
