Pomelo and Mango Salad

Ingredients:

500g pomelo

1 mango

Seasonings:

2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

1 tbsp Heinz White Vinegar

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

Methods:

  1. Peel pomelo and separate the pulp. Cut mango into large cubes. Set aside.
  2. Blend all seasonings together. Add the ingredients to the seasonings and mix gently.
  3. Add fried shallots, diced spring onions, shrimps or squids etc. to enhance flavour if desired.
