Yunnan-style Sour And Spicy Rice Noodle

 Yunnan-style Sour and Spicy Rice Noodle
Ingredients
Cooked Mixian (Rice Noodle) 150g
Bean Sprouts 20g
Chinese Chives 10g (cut into strips)
Minced Beef 50g
Marinade
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Seasonings
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp
Heinz Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
Heinz Chicken Broth 800ml
Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Drizzle of Sesame Oil
Preparation
Marinate minced beef with marinade for 5 minutes. Blanch then drain well. Set aside.
Pour the chicken broth and all seasonings into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add bean sprouts, Chinese chives, minced beef and mixian. Cook all ingredients for half minute and serve.
