Fried Vermicelli With Tomato And Minced Beef

 Fried Vermicelli with Tomato and Minced Beef
Ingredients
1 tomato
2 taels minced beef
4 taels / 150g rice vermicelli (dried)
75g frozen mixed vegetables
Marinade
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Heinz Ketchup
1 tbsp HP Sauce
17 tbsp water
Sauce
2 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
Preparation
- Dice the tomato. Blanch the mixed vegetables then drain well.
- Marinate minced beef with the marinade for 10 mins. Blanch it then drain well.
- Blanch the rice vermicelli then pan-fry it. Dish up.
- Gently stir-fry the diced tomato and minced beef then put in the seasonings. After adding in the sauce, pour the mixture over the rice vermicelli.
