Ingredients
short beef ribs 500g
½ onion, sliced
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp minced garlic
Marinade
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp salt
Sauces
3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp HP Sauce
2 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
2 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
Preparation
- Wash short beef ribs and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat sauce till boiled and dish up.
- Heat oil and deep fry short beef ribs until done. Drain away oil and dish up.
- Heat oil and add onion, black pepper and minced garlic until fragrant. Add in short beef ribs and sauce. Stir well and serve.
