 Lea and Perrins stir fried beef with celery
Ingredients
250g beef
200g celery, sliced
50g spring onion, sliced
minced garlic
Marinade
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp oyster sauce
sesame oil
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp sugar
salt
Preparation
- Wash beef and drain, then slide and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tsp oil and stir fry beef until done.
- Heat up pan, add oil. Stir fly celery, spring onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef, then add sauce and stir well for serve.
