- Wash steak and wipe. Mix well with marinade.
- Heat frying pan. Put in steak. Pan fry each side for 3 minutes. Add butter until melt.
- Dip both sides of steak in melted butter. Transfer to plate.
- Use the same pan to cook sauce until thicken. Pour the sauce over the steak.
- Add a few drops of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce and serve.
