 Herbs and Tomato Paste Beef Ball
Ingredients
500g minced beef
a quarter onion, diced
Marinade
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
pepper
sesame oil
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp HP sauce
4 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
5 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 tbsp red wine
2.5 tbsp sugar
salt
Preparation
Marinate ingredients for 8 minutes.
Shape beef into balls, deep fry and set aside.
Put sauces into wok. Add beef balls and cook for 10-15 minutes.
