Ingredients
500g (15 taels) pork jowl
1 bunch coriander root
Marinades
3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
Preparation
Marinate pork jowl and coriander root for 4 to 12 hours.
Discard coriander root. Pan-fry pork jowl with low heat until done.
Glaze pork jowl with Worcestershire Sauce and pan-fry them in medium heat.
