Ingredients
10 taels / 400g pork fillets
Marinade
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
a dash of ground pepper
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
Seasoning
110ml fresh orange juice
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp water
Sauce
2 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
Preparation
- Rinse pork fillets and cut them into pieces. Mix them with the marinade and marinate for 15 mins.
- Add olive oil in wok and pan-fry pork fillets in low heat. Dish up.
- Heat the seasonings then pour in the sauce. Lastly, pour the mixture over the pork fillets.
