Minced Pork With Mushrooms

 Minced Pork with Mushrooms
Ingredients
3 tael (113g) minced pork
2 tael (76g) string beans
3 tael (113g) oyster mushrooms & shimeji mushrooms
1/2 tsp corn starch
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp corn starch
little sesame oil
dash of pepper
2 tbsp water
Preparation
Crush 1 catty (605g) of ginger to give ginger juice. Mix ginger juice with half bottle of Shuang Jin rice wine and half bottle of water.
Blanch string beans with 2 tbsp of ginger juice in boiling water. And then toss in the mushrooms, blanch together with string beans.
