Ingredients
400g minced pork
100g diced lotus root
1 tbsp oil
Seasoning
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
50ml water
Preparation
- Stir and blend minced pork, diced lotus root, egg, salt, sugar, corn flour and water into paste-like texture and make into 10 round patties.
- Pre heat oil, add lotus root patties and pan fry until cooked.
- Serve with Lea & Perrins.
