Ingredients
500g Spareribs (cut into 3cm pieces)
Oil
Marinade
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp corn flour
Seasoning
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
- Marinate spareribs in soy sauce, sugar, corn flour and 2 tbsp of Lea & Perrins for 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat oil until smoke appears, deep fry spareribs for 7 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp of Lea & Perrins and stir fry briefly over high heat and serve.
- Serve Lea & Perrins as a dipping sauce for those who prefer a richer flavour.
