Ingredients
200g minced pork
1 block hard/ fried tofu
oil
Seasoning
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
suitable amount of corn flour
Preparation
- Cut tofu into 3 cm cubes.
- Stir and blend eggs, salt, sugar, corn flour and minced pork into paste-like texture.
- Place the mixture on top of the tofu. Pan fry until cooked.
- Serve with Lea & Perrins.
