Ingredients
280g minced lean pork
8 dried black mushrooms
Marinade
1.5 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp sugar
pepper
sesame oil
corn flour
Preparation
Soak dried black mushrooms and store in fridge overnight. Drain and finely dice.
Mix mushrooms and pork. Marinade for 10 minutes and store in fridge for 20 minutes.
Steam for 15 minutes in wok and serve.
