 Pork Chop with Fried Egg and Tomato
Ingredients
260g pork chop 2 fresh peeled tomatoes, quartered 2 fresh eggs sliced ginger diced garlic
Marinade
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp oil 2 tsp corn flour 1 tsp sugar salt
Preparation
- Cut pork chop into slices and marinate for 20 minutes. - Add pork chop to skillet and brown on both sides. - Preheat oil. Stir fry tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Add sauces with 6 tbsp water and cook for 8 minutes. - Add pork chop and cook for 3 minutes. - Scramble eggs. Add pork chop, stir well and serve.
