Ingredients
500g spareribs
Marinade
20 pieces of salt black beans
3 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp diced ginger
1 tsp diced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
Sauces
3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup of Heinz Chicken Broth
Preparation
- Marinade spareribs for 15 minutes.
- Add some oil and stir fry spareribs. Add sauces and cook for 20 minutes until done. (Note: use medium heat after boiled)
