Ingredients
500g spareribs, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can of pineapple, diced
Marinade
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp salt
pepper
soy sauce
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp HP sauce
3 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
4 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Preparation
- Marinate spareribs for 15 minutes.
- Coat spareribs with corn flour, deep fry and set aside.
- Stir fry red and green pepper, add sauces to boil.
- Add spareribs, stir and cook for a while.
