Ingredients
400g chicken fillet
2 tbsp oil
Salad
1 can mixed fruit
200g salad dressing
2 slices lettuce
Marinade
1 1/2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour
Seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp corn flour
Preparation
- Marinate chicken fillet with 1 1/2 tbsp of Lea & Perrins, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of corn flour for 20 minutes.
- Add salad dressing to mixed fruit and place on 2 slices of lettuce as garnish for dish and set aside.
- Add oil into hot wok and pan fry chicken fillet.
- Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of Lea & Perrins, 1 tsp of sugar and 1/2 tsp of corn flour and stir fry with chicken fillet over high heat and serve.
