Lea & Perrins Chicken Steak With Black Pepper

 Lea & Perrins Chicken Steak with black pepper
Ingredients
3 pieces of chicken steak, chopped
1/2 diced onion
diced garlic
Marinade
1 tsp corn flour
sugar
salt
pepper
Sauces
3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp HP Sauce
2 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt
sesame oil
Preparation
- Marinade chicken steak for 15 minutes.
- Add oil into pan and saute chicken steak until done.
- Stir fry onion and garlic, add sauces and chicken steak and stir well. Add some corn flour water and cook with high heat until sauces thicken.
