Ingredients
1 stalk of celery
1 fillet of chicken, stripped
1 red pepper, sliced
sliced ginger
sliced garlic
Marinade
corn flour
oil
pepper
sesame oil
salt
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
3 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
Shaoxing Wine
Preparation
Chop celery and boil in water for 4 minutes. Set aside.
Marinate chicken for 20 minutes. Saute chicken to medium.
Preheat oil. Stir well ginger, garlic and red pepper. Add celery into pan and fry.
Add chicken fillet. Stir in sauces and cook until done.
