Ingredients
7 tael (265g) prawns
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced shallot
Seasoning
2 tbsp Heinz Ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp HP sauce 1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp water
1/2 tsp corn starch
4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
- Trim the antennae and legs of the prawns and deveined. Cut in half. Pan fry the prawns over high heat till golden brown. Dish up.
- Sauté minced garlic and shallot with little oil. Add seasonings and bring to the boil.
- Toss in prawns and cook until the sauce reduces.
