Lea & Perrins With Prawns

 Lea & Perrins with Prawns
Ingredients
400g fresh prawns
6-7 slices of ginger
1 piece of garlic, sliced
Marinade
pepper
salt
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tbsp HP sauce
2 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
5 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
Preparation
- Marinate prawn for 10 minutes. Deep fry in boiling oil until crispy. Set aside.
- Stir fry ginger and garlic. Add prawns and some Shaoxing wine.
- Add sauces into pan and boil for 30 seconds.
