Ingredients
300g dace, minced
10 prawns, minced
3 stalks of Chinese parsley, diced
4 fresh eggs
Marinade
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp HP sauce
3 tbsp Heinz Chicken Broth
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Chu Hou sauce
sesame oil
salt
Preparation
Unshell and beat eggs. Mix ingredients and marinades.
Shape the minced dace and prawn into balls. Coat with beated eggs.
Saute balls with spoon in pan until done. Set aside.
Add sauces into pan until boiled. Add dace balls and dish up.
