Ingredients
180g salad vegetable
½ piece of mango
Sauces
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Heinz white vinegar
12 blueberries
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Use blender to mix sauces for 1 minute.
Dice mango and add salad vegetable. (Add grapefruit, prawn or chicken slices depends on personal preference)
Pour with sauces on top and serve.
